Fairly clean and absolutely fantastic place, has fantastic views of the mountains. The rooms are compact and bright plus have essentials you need. Really nice restaurant, good food, people working here are very friendly efficient! The location is exceptionally nice and perfect, 1 km from Wispile. It is set in a pedestrian area. Everything is very good, I recommend the hotel.

Its location relatively near Wispile was marvellous. The breakfast available was amazing and absolutely fantastic with local cheese and jam and sausage. All the staff was efficient and excellent, settled my issues.

My stay at Gstaaderhof - Active & Relax was exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I had a specific dietary requirement for my child, and they went out of their way to find suitable options for us. The hotel's car pick-up service from the train station was a convenient and thoughtful touch. The view from our family room was breathtaking, and the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. Nicely refurbished and newly remodelled units on 6 different floors. Good location very close to everything, easy to get anywhere. Close enough to the ski rental as well as City Center.

We had an excellent experience at Gstaaderhof - Active & Relax. The hotel's location in the heart of Gstaad made it convenient for us to explore the town and enjoy the surrounding activities. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and made sure that all our needs were met. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast selection they offered. The highlight of our stay was the 5 course tasting menu for dinner, which was beautifully presented and full of delightful flavors. Our room, 321, was spacious with comfortable beds and a nice seating area. The underground parking was also a convenient feature. Another plus was the hotel's proximity to fantastic walking trails. Despite a couple of drawbacks, including an uncomfortable bed and outdated room, we had an overall excellent stay at Gstaaderhof - Active & Relax.

Very professionally put together product, especially service. The rooms will need to be refurbished in a year or two and the public areas are a little frumpy. Good restaurant and good value meals, attentive service, but occasionally lapses in quality. A very pleasant base for a very enjoyable location ~ Gstaad

The hotel offers excellent value for money. With prices that won't break the bank, you get to enjoy a clean and comfortable room with a lovely balcony where you can relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The staff is attentive and friendly, making your stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, right by the main shopping street, making it convenient for exploring the area.

I like this hotel because of the professionalism of the staff - the welcome on checking in and the attentativeness at breakfast.The rooms are spacious, very comfortable and spotlessly clean.The location is great for all events especially the Menuhin Festival venues. I have stayed at this hotel on a previous occasion and certainly would stay again. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone who likes a little bit of luxury.

Right next to walking street resorts center, parking facilities in the basement is very convenient, rooms are large and comfortable
